LOL ewwww! I promise it smells good though ...
Revlon - Cotton Candy
I can't remember, but I'm pretty sure this was 3 coats. The formula was nice for me.
I think it looks so cute on short nails.
This is a basic light pink, but in full sunlight you can see the golden shimmer.
But otherwise it looks pink.
In the shade the shimmer is harder to see.
I also love this one for longer nails. It's light, pink and girly.
As a bonus it smells delicious. If you're not a fan of sweet things this can get a little nauseating especially if your fingers are constantly near your nose.
The smell sticks around even with topcoat, but definitely gets less pungent as the days go by.
Are you a fan of smelly polish?
I don't have any scented polish (don't know why) and I like naturally chemical smell when lacquering ;)
ReplyDeleteCotton Candy is really pretty! ♡
Haha, ewww. :o) I'm not a fan of smelly polishes, they give me headaches, but this colour is really lovely, it suits you well!
ReplyDeletevery cute and girly!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful polish! I'm such a sucker for pink. :)
ReplyDeleteI don't have any scented polishes, but I think I'd love it if my nails smelled yummy! :)
Oh Loodie, you had me laughing! My husband says that to me to wind me up!! "Oi, come 'ere and smell my finger" lol!
ReplyDelete>.< Ugh I have the Grape scented one and I tried it once and nearly puked.
ReplyDeleteI don't know how I feel about scented polish...but the shade is pretty - love the subtle shimmer - so I might get over myself for that reason alone :) And as I don't wear polish for more than 3-4 days usually, I'd likely not get too sick of the scent anyway!
ReplyDeleteLMAO @ the title. I actually want to smell your finger though; I like Revlon's scented polishes. And I love these soft type of colors on your nails!
ReplyDeleteYou had me worried there for a minute! :P
ReplyDeleteThank goodness you're back! I was afraid you'd done a "Lacquerized" on us. :(
ReplyDeleteLove the color, but I cannot stand even the idea of perfumed polish. I'm afraid it would make me ill.
This is such a cute pink. I want to purchase this so bad. I see them all the time but I never get a chance to get any.
ReplyDeleteI had to write...I stumbled across your blog, and I LOVE IT!!! I will make myself a cup of tea and sit down to read (and enjoy) every single post..(glad you started fairly recently else I would probably grow roots to my chair...lol!) Even though I don't have and never had any nail issues, I still stand to learn TONS! Thank you, thank you, thank you! (no chair grabbing needed!) oh yeah....welcome to the blogging community! (adding you to my blogroll now!) xox
ReplyDelete@Boruvk_a - I know! At this point I crave the smell of ethyl acetate in the morning lol
ReplyDelete@AmyGrace - very true, they can be annoying. Thank god when normal polish dries the solvent smell goes away.
@FOREVER '92 - I think so tooo!
@Solveig - Really? Oh definitely if you come across one snag it up and see what you think!
@Ash-Lilly - LOL, our husbands must come from the same breed.
@Rachel Marie - Oh man synthetic grape smells always make me want to yack too. It never smells (or tastes) like the real thing. Was it at least pretty?
@beauty-obsessed.com - that sounds like a perfect plan :)!
@ChaosButterfly - LOL, omg if I ever see you on campus I will shove my fingers in your nose. Thanks!!
@Breigh - mission accomplished
@Sinead - Oh no girl! Just traveling for work. Thank you! This one is seriously sweet, so stay away! lol
@Toyomi - I would definitely buy more IF I liked the color enough (even if I had a dupe of the color already) because it adds a little something to the experience.
@ommorphiabeautybar.com - Hell yeah girl! I LOVE hearing that. mmmm you mention tea, now i want some ... okay totally off on a tangent ... anyway, come back and enjoy :) YAY!!!! <3
I dunno if I wanna smell it and I certainly don't want to pull it but nice color!
ReplyDeleteOkay Olivia, but if you need me to clear a room, I'm hear for ya.
